VTCA Round 1 called off

The VTCA has called off the Round 1 fixture for Saturday, October 4 due to lack of prepared pitches.

The season is now due to commence on Saturday, October 11.

The Mercantile season (our Thirds and Fourths) is still due to get underway this Saturday, although Moonee Valley has already advised our pitch will not be ready for a game. However, there were no alternative pitches so both games were also abandoned.
