Young gun David Lubansky has scored his first century for Moonee Valley, helping his Under 16 team to a strong win.
Playing in our combined team with Kensington, David hit his unbeaten 100 off just 108 balls. He was well supported by fellow Valley young gun Jeremy Sevenson, who made a brisk 45 off 37 balls.
Both David and Jeremy are also regulars in our Fourths, which play C Grade turf in Mercantile on Sundays.

It's amazing to think how far David has come since he played his first senior game while still in our Under 12s.
Even on debut in November 2021 - David took a very tidy 2/26 off six overs against Reservoir Mayston, and making a confident 2 with the bat before being caught.
Here's to many more centuries and many more runs.
