Moonee Valley player Sean Duckworth had a day to remember on November 4 when the Firsts took on Barkly Street Uniting.
UK import Sean took 6/11 in the first dig and backed it up with 5/16 as the Valleys routed Barkly Street outright in less than a day.
He becomes just the seventh bowler in the history of the Valleys to take more than 10 wickets in a match. While our older stats don't indicate full match bowling details, Sean is certainly in the four best returns of all time.
With two devastating spells of unerring line and length, Ducky sent the Barkly bats packing for 43 and 37.
In between, Moonee Valley knocked up 4/140 declared.
Five of the wickets were bowled and a further two were LBWs. Four of the eleven were ducks.
The haul gave Ducky 19 wickets at an average of 8 for the first five weeks of the season, across the Firsts, Seconds, Thirds and Sevenths - 16 of them in the First Eleven.
