Back to Britain for our Kris
** It's back to Britain for our Kris ** 
Popular UK import Kris Garland has headed home to England, and a group of his Moonee Valley teammates gathered at the Union Hotel in Ascot Vale on June 29 to give him a fitting send-off.
Kris, who had been in Australia studying and found Moonee Valley through our website, quickly fitted in - firstly with our two Yorkshiremen, Simon Thornton and Joel Wilford - and then with everyone.
A regular in our Firsts for the 2010/11 season, Kris is planning to come back for the 2012/13 season, after completing his studies back home.
