All the fun of Munich - right here in Moonee Valley!

Moonee Valley Cricket Club is holding an Oktoberfest night at our Ormond Park clubrooms this Saturday - October 26.

For just $30 you can get : Not one! Not two! Not three! But four!!!!! pints of fine German style beer to sample and quaff.

There is also a German feast to go with it.

The night starts at 7pm - around the time we'll be doing match reports for Saturday's games - and so there should be a lively crowd in the clubrooms to celebrate the theme night with.

Guys should wear their lederhosen (just joking) and we're not sure that Jesse has organised the frauleins behind the bar to serve the beer - but we'll have fun anyhow.

We'll also have a selection of German music, including Rye or the Kaiser by Weird Al Yankovic and the UK No.1 hit, "I Was Kaiser Bill's Batman" by Whistling Jack Smith.
